History from-the Hills

History from the Hills is the story of Singapore from the early 1800s to independence in 1965. It is about the lives and times of the people, the extraordinary and ordinary who left a legacy and foundation. Many are buried or have been reinterred in Singapore’s first municipal cemetery, Bukit Brown (1922-1973).
